Working at Birch Hall is a great way to spend time in the outdoors and have fun with a friendly team doing really rewarding activities. There are a number of opportunities to work at Birch Hall Adventures, either in a paid role or as a volunteer.

Birch Hall Adventures is a Christian organisation and as such some roles are only open to those people holding a strong Christian faith and willing to accept the Centre’s basis of faith.
Summer Camp Instructors

Our summer camps take place in July and August. This year there are three camps: A Camp – 20-24 July, B Camp – 27-31 July and C Camp, 10-14 August. The week 3-7 August is Frinton Mission Week and many instructors have previously been involved in this week too. We are looking for instructors to be available for all 3 camps during this period. There is also the possibility of a number of longer term positions throughout the summer for those available between June and September, please inform us if you would like to be considered.

Deadline for applications is 28th February. Interviews will be conducted in person or electronically in the week beginning 2nd March. Successful applicants will be expected to attend a training day on 6th April
